MagnetVA is a leading virtual assistant company, specializing in providing expert support to businesses and entrepreneurs. We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) / Social Media Manager for one of our clients, a rapidly growing podcast that is gaining traction quickly. As their podcast continues to scale, they need additional support to manage and post content across multiple social media channels. Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) who will primarily focus on managing and posting content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media management, be adept at adapting content for platform-specific requirements, and be comfortable handling the technical tasks involved with uploading and downloading large files. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure timely posting and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Posting: Post 2 clips per day across 7 platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Long-Form Episodes: Post 1 long-form episode per week, with plans to increase to 2 per week.
Content Formatting: Adapt videos to meet platform-specific format and aspect ratio requirements.
File Management: Handle large media files (~100GB) and ensure smooth uploads/downloads.
Post-Optimization: Ensure posts are optimized for maximum engagement.
Content Calendar: Manage posting schedule and track deadlines.
Administrative Tasks: Occasionally assist with tasks like booking flights.
Tools & Software: Use Trello, Riverside.fm, and Quso.ai for project management.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Ability to Work Independently & Stay Self-Motivated.
Comfort with handling large media files and technical tasks like file uploads/downloads.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with basic video editing (e.g., trimming clips, adding captions).
Experience with post-production tasks related to social media content.
Podcast experience or familiarity with podcasting content.
Knowledge of social media trends and engagement strategies.

Required Computer & Internet Specifications:
Computer:
Processor: Intel i5 (or equivalent) or better.
RAM: At least 8GB (preferably 16GB or more).
Storage: Minimum 250GB of free storage (preferably SSD).
Operating System: Windows 10 or macOS Mojave (or newer).
Internet:
Download Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps.
Upload Speed: Minimum 50 Mbps (for large media uploads).
A stable and reliable internet connection is essential.
