Virtual Assistant with Social Media Skills Needed

Female led wellness brand with a good reputation of working with online contractors seeks a virtual assistant with social media skills. We will launch and grow several digital assets to build our digital presence and market position in 2025. You will be responsible for creating content in Canva using premade templates and posting content to Pinterest, Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, blog, and podcast on a timely schedule. You will need an eye for detail and timeliness to maintain brand consistency. This position also requires that you have excellent American English writing skills as you will write captions and other supporting content. Ideal candidate will be familiar with GaryVee and understand where digital marketing is going. You will receive training for all expectations but you should be ready to take initiative for the day-to-day management of these tasks by end of second week. Also, this job requires you to help with small projects like uploading text and pictures into Canva ebook templates to create a downloadable guide.

At this time, the position is needed for 15 hours a week with the intention to increase hours by second or third quarter of 2025. The hours are flexible as long as all tasks are completed with quality and on time. We will have one mandatory ~30 minutes meeting a week to discuss tasks and projects.
