JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with expertise in QuickBooks to join our team. This is a work-from-home position, where you will manage financial records, handle bookkeeping tasks, and provide administrative support remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and update Books with accurate financial data.
Process invoices, expenses, and payments.
Generate financial reports and summaries.
Assist in preparing for audits and tax filings.
Manage administrative tasks such as email management and scheduling.
Provide general support to the team as needed.
