Your Role:
As the CEO's Executive Assistant, your primary goal is to ensure his productivity by managing daily tasks and providing seamless support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be ready to take on diverse responsibilities, including research, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Prioritize and manage the CEO's calendar and to-do list.
· Oversee and organize the
· Helping with travel needs, pre and during trips: flights, lodging, restaurants.
· Strategically handle small tasks to ensure the CEO has dedicated time for focus (both business and personal).
· Perform various data entry and research tasks.
About you:
· Excellent communicator with fluency in written and spoken English.
· Proficient in essential software and tools (e.g., Gmail, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Trello, 1Password).
· Familiar with using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance efficiency.
· Resourceful, reliable, and accountable.
· Motivated, and comfortable with asynchronous communication over Slack.
· You’re super organized and know how to organize files, folders, and information for ease of retrieval.
· Comfortable with asynchronous communication and managing tasks independently.
Working Hours:
· Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
· Must overlap with Japan Standard Time (JST) and occasionally with US Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Benefits:
