## Virtual Assistant — Full-Time Remote Position

Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant looking to partner with a dynamic agency in the US? We are seeking a proactive, independent and highly skilled professional who excels at supporting business leaders and thrives in a remote, asynchronous work environment.

### About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity to collaborate with an agency founder to streamline operations and free up the founder's time.

### Key Responsibilities
- **Email and Calendar Management:** Organize schedules, manage inboxes, and ensure time is optimized.
- **Content and Social Media Support:** Assist with staging posts on platforms like LinkedIn and other professional networks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand voice.
- **Project Management:** Oversee deadlines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure systems run smoothly.
- **File and System Organization:** Maintain clear and accessible file systems while fostering ongoing quality improvements.
- **Research and Analysis:** Provide detailed insights and actionable findings to support decision-making.
- **Tech Support:** Confidently handle software tools, troubleshoot when needed, and adapt to new technologies.

### Core Skills and Experience
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience supporting founders or business owners based in the United States.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Canva, and Zoom Pro.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work asynchronously and coordinate across multiple time zones.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and deliver results.

### Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a full-time VA working asynchronously with a founder/business owner in the US
- Expertise in social media management for professional and content branding
- Advanced spreadsheet-building capabilities, particularly with complex formulas.
- Willingness to learn new tools specific to content creation and marketing.
