Key Responsibilities
? Landing Page Creation & Optimization – Build and optimize high-converting landing pages for lead generation.
? SEO & Content Marketing – Optimize website and property listings for search engines, create blog posts, and improve organic traffic.
? Social Media Management – Develop and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
? Ad Campaigns – Plan and execute Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn ads targeted at real estate investors.
? Lead Generation & CRM Integration – Set up lead capture systems, automate workflows, and integrate with our CRM for effective lead nurturing.
? Email Marketing – Create and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and engage potential investors.
? Market Research – Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.

Ideal Candidate
? Has experience in real estate marketing, particularly in turnkey property sales.
? Skilled in WordPress, ClickFunnels, or other landing page builders.
? Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing.
? Proficient in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn advertising.
? Experienced in CRM platforms like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or ActiveCampaign.
? Can work independently, meet deadlines, and provide performance reports.

Compensation
