Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing eBay listings, conducting product research, and sourcing products for Amazon. You will play a key role in ensuring our product listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized for search engines. Additionally, you will assist with customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Requirements:
- Experience: Prefer minimum of 1 year experience with eBay listings and Amazon product sourcing. You are welcome if you have no related experience. Detailed training will be provided.
- Skills: Proficient in using eBay and Amazon platforms, including SEO and keyword optimization. Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimize eBay listings to maximize visibility and sales.
Conduct thorough product research and sourcing for Amazon.
Manage customer inquiries and feedback on eBay.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless operations.
