As a Cleaning Operations Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations team by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This remote position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to the overall success of our cleaning services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage cleaning schedules for various clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Client Communication: Act as a point of contact between clients and the cleaning team, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates as needed.
• Operational Support: Assist in organising and maintaining operational records, including cleaning logs, service reports, and client feedback.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between tea
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on cleaning operations, client satisfaction, and team performance.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and other tasks as required to support the operations team.
SYSTEMS AND TOOLS
Good to have experience with the following:
•Booking channel managers (Uplisting, Guesty, etc.)
• Google Workspace (Google Sheet, Google Docs)
• MS Office
• Project management software (Airtable, Asana, Trello etc.)
• WhatsApp
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• At least 2-year proven experience as a Virtual Assistant. *experience with a UK-based client is a huge bonus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zoom, and other remote tea
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy. Strong analytical and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Huge advantage if you have experience in documenting SOPs, preferably derived from training materials or videos and simplify them into step-by-step procedures
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, and other relevant tools
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Able to work in the UK Timezone
• Reliable, high speed internet connection
WORKING HOURS:
Between 07:00 AM - 7:00 PM UK Time including weekends
