Virtual Assistant for a Creative Entrepreneur & Coach

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Branding and Design Virtual Assistant to support a growing branding and design agency. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with experience in graphic design, social media content creation, web design, and project management. If you have a passion for branding and design and can work independently, this role is for you!

Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a design/creative role
-Proficiency in Canva, Squarespace, and video editing tools like CapCut Pro
- Strong graphic design skills (brand guides, templates, social media content)
- Experience in social media content creation (videos, reels, and photo-based posts)
- Excellent communication & client management skills
- Strong organizational & project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects

Bonus Skills:
? Prior experience in branding, marketing, or supporting multiple clients
? Familiarity with other design or project management tools

Job Responsibilities

- Graphic Design & Branding – Create brand guides, templates, and design assets using Canva
- Web Design Support – Assist with website updates on Squarespace
- Social Media Content Creation – Design posts, edit videos & reels using CapCut Pro, and create engaging content
- Project & Account Management – Help keep projects organized and on track
- General Admin & Research Support – Assist with various admin tasks as needed

Work Schedule
- Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
-Flexible schedule but must have availability during core work hours (Monday-Friday, PT time zone)
