JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our fast-growing window cleaning business. This role requires someone who can manage accounting, payroll, admin tasks, and client communication with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accounting records and reports
• Handle payroll processing on a regular schedule
• Respond to DMs, emails, and client inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Assist with appointment setting and calendar management
• Perform day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
• Track expenses, invoicing, and ensure financial accuracy

Requirements:
• Strong background in accounting or bookkeeping
• Experience handling payroll and financial reports
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills and a neutral accent (preferred)
• Ability to respond quickly to client messages and inquiries
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks without micromanagement
• Experience with CRM tools and scheduling software is a plus

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred):
• Appointment setting experience
• Experience working with service-based businesses or home services
