About Me:
I’m an anxiety coach helping women, particularly mom entrepreneurs, live more peaceful, present, and playful lives. I’m looking for a proactive and reliable VA to support my growing business. I want someone who likes serving people, spirituality and appreciates the mission of Moving Mountains with KM. I am looking for someone to commit to a 6-12 month contract, after a trial period, and ideally grow with the team. Role Overview:
As my Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring my digital presence is professional, impactful, and engaging. You’ll manage:
-Website Management: Managing my SquareSpace website, including creating and updating landing pages and sales pages.
-Email Campaigns: Running email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including drafting, scheduling, and tracking campaigns.
-Social Media Marketing: Assisting in content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement to grow my presence and connect with my audience.

What I’m Looking For:
-Must have experience with SquareSpace and Mailchimp (or similar platforms).
-Expert knowledge and experience working with Google Workspace; Sheets; Forms; Docs, etc.
-Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools.
-Graphic design experience (e.g., Canva).
-Basic video editing skills for video presentation editing, etc.
-Familiarity with SEO best practices.
-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
-A creative eye for design and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
-Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
