Virtual Assistant for Web Design Agency

Hi,

I own a web design agency, and I’m looking to hire a full-time virtual assistant. While experience as a virtual assistant for a web design agency is preferred, it is not required. You’ll receive thorough training, including training videos, to ensure you feel equipped to handle all tasks confidently.

The number of hours per week may vary depending on the workload, as there will be busy and slower periods. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to balance it with another virtual assistant job while still being available daily. Please note that we are in the Eastern Time Zone, so we prefer someone who is available during this time.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for include:

Creating blog posts for websites using ChatGPT
Creating social media posts
Making updates to client websites in WordPress and Elementor
Updating websites as part of a monthly maintenance program using ManageWP
Responding to client reviews
Handling other miscellaneous tasks
