Virtual Assistant for Trading Support

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our day trading activities. The ideal candidate will assist with analyzing trading insights, verifying market data, calculating profitability, and preparing concise reports. You will work closely with a trusted team member to ensure trades are executed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Cross-Referencing:

Analyze daily trading insights provided by AI tools and cross-reference them with real-time market data.
Validate trading recommendations for cryptocurrency, forex, and stock markets.
Reporting and Record Keeping:

Maintain a detailed log of all trades, including entry/exit points, profit/loss calculations, and performance metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly profitability reports.
Market Monitoring:

Keep an eye on key market indicators and news that may impact trading decisions.
Provide updates or alerts on any market anomalies.
Communication:

Collaborate with a trusted team member to relay validated trade recommendations for execution.
Ensure clarity and timeliness in all communications.
Administrative Support:

Organize trading schedules, reminders, and updates.
Assist with general administrative tasks related to trading operations.
Requirements:
Experience in Trading:

Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, forex, and stock trading markets.
Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, MetaTrader, or Binance is a plus.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for calculations and reporting.
Ability to use tools like Slack, Zapier, and other automation platforms.
Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and capable of multitasking.
Time Flexibility:

Able to work across different time zones, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
Open to part-time or full-time availability depending on workload.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant in a trading or finance-related role.
Knowledge of risk management and basic financial analysis.
Experience with AI tools for trading insights (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms).
