Virtual Assistant for Top-Rated Luxury Touristic Apartments

We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to fill a job. This position is a stepping stone to joining a cutting-edge tourist accommodation company. We are based in Europe and expanding to the United States.

We want you to be confident in cold-calling because we are expanding our company to the US and are looking for properties to rent (arbitrage). We would also love your spoken and written English to be excellent.

We will be selecting 3 to 5 candidates to hire for paid test work. After seeing your work, we'll choose who to bring to the team. This position requires strong spoken and written English (we can train you on everything else). We will provide plenty of training on performing well and achieving great results.

ROLES
+ Cold calling for properties to rent (arbitrage)
+ Property searches on Zillow
+ General Virtual Assistant tasks
+ PMS - property management system work
+ Hotel management and invoicing work
+ Phone customer support

PROFILE
Strong spoken English and grammar are essential for this position, as we can train you in everything else.
+ Advanced command of English - excellent spoken and written English.
+ Responsibility and professionalism; attention to detail.
+ Willing to learn, helpful, willful, versatile, organized, assiduous, and punctual.
+ Able to work independently and to problem-solve.

QUALITIES NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. There are three qualities that we are looking for:

+ Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to the team and me. If you can't meet a deadline or make a mistake, be upfront about it; we are all human.

+ Commitment. We are looking for someone looking for a long-term relationship with the expectation that this will become full-time. This is not for you if you are looking for just a few months of work.

+ Desire to Learn. We are growing fast. We want people open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you're not excited about improving your skills and trying other tasks you have never done, this is not for you.

WORKING HOURS
We hope this will be a long-term hire for 8-hour shifts, six days a week.
The shift hours must allow calls to be done during EST working hours.
You can choose your working hours, starting early or ending late, but 2 hours of your day must be during EST working hours to permit cold calling to the US East Coast.

BONUSES
On top of your monthly salary, we will pay you EXTRA:
For each landlord that accepts a visit -> $20 per visit
For each house contract secured -> $200 per contract
Bonuses & incentives -> Available for top performers

Your Earning Potential:
• Book 10 visits & secure 1 contract -> Earn $400/month
• Book 20 visits & secure 2 contracts -> Earn $800/month
• Book 30 visits & secure 3 contracts -> Earn $1,200/month

We understand that the initial calls are more complicated and will be harder for you due to you being through the learning curve. But we want you to persevere and succeed and stay with us for the long run.
Therefore, to help you start, we will pay you 50% above our standard bonuses.

Initial Bonus Structure (First 30 visits & 3 contracts)
Landlord accepts visit -> $30 per visit
House contract secured -> $300 per contract
Total Potential Earnings -> Up to $1,800
