JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to support a client in the health and wellness industry. In this role, you will manage various marketing tasks, create engaging content, and help improve the client’s online presence. This is a part-time role with a flexible 20-hour workweek, ideally suited for a self-starter passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. Experience in GoHighLevel is a must.

Shift: 5pm-9pm Sunday to Thursday PST

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research, Content Creation, and Captioning:
- Conduct research on trending topics, industry news, and audience interests.
- Develop high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to social media platforms.
- Write compelling captions that capture the essence of the content and encourage audience interaction.

2. Video Editing:
- Edit raw video footage for polished, engaging social media videos.
- Add music, graphics, subtitles, and enhancements to videos.
- Ensure videos align with brand aesthetics and messaging.

3. Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
-Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.

4. Keyword Search & SEO:
- Conduct keyword research to improve content visibility.
- Implement SEO best practices to boost organic reach and search engine rankings.
- Continuously adjust SEO strategies based on performance analytics.

5. Content Calendar Management:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to schedule posts.
- Ensure a consistent posting schedule to keep the audience engaged.

6. Social Media Engagement:
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and personable manner.
- Track performance metrics to identify areas for growth.

7. Future Responsibilities (GoHighLevel):
- Funnel Creation and Management: Design and implement sales funnels for conversions, including landing pages, opt-ins, and email campaigns.
- Course Creation and Management: Assist in creating and managing online courses within GoHighLevel.
- CRM System Management: Set up and manage customer relationship systems, ensuring effective lead segmentation and timely follow-ups.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Knowledge of SEO strategies and content optimization.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
