Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Outreach:
Identify and engage with audiences from other influencers and thought leaders in the industry.
Research and connect with influencers for potential collaborations and partnerships.
Proactively engage with target audiences on social media channels to build relationships and expand reach.
Brand Positioning:
Implement strategies to establish Crystal as an authority in life coaching, motivational speaking, and authorship.
Develop and maintain a professional online presence across multiple platforms.
Research and identify potential brand managers or resources to further enhance visibility.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with influencers, collaborators, and audience members.
Follow up with partners and influencers to ensure successful collaborations.
Content Engagement and Promotion:
Actively engage with comments, messages, and posts on social media platforms.
Share and promote content to increase brand awareness and visibility.
Tracking and Organization:
Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, partnerships, and brand interactions using Excel or other tools.
Create a strategic outreach calendar to ensure consistent and timely follow-ups.
Track KPIs and provide regular updates on social media growth and engagement metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, influencer outreach, or a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Familiarity with personal development, coaching, or motivational speaking is a plus.
