Job Overview
As a Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will create and execute social media strategies, engage with our audience, and ensure our brand presence grows across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. If you’re skilled in graphic design, you’ll have the opportunity to create eye-catching visuals that elevate our posts and campaigns.
This is a remote position with a flexible schedule, but availability during Central US Time Zone hours is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule social media posts using tools like Canva and HeroPost.
- Create and manage a content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Write engaging captions and use hashtags effectively to boost visibility.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and provide bi-weekly reports.
- Research trends and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and content.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Bonus Role (if skilled in graphic design):
- Design graphics and visuals for posts, Stories, and campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Customize templates for brand consistency across all platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing (preferably for US-based businesses).
- Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic analytics (e.g., insights from Instagram/Facebook is a plus).
- Strong written communication skills for creating captions and engaging content.
- Basic understanding of branding and how to maintain a consistent voice across platforms.

Bonus Qualifications:
- Graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience with short-form video content creation (Reels, Stories, TikTok, CapCut).
