JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our social media and email marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in content creation, scheduling, and data analysis for marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain brand engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
Stay updated with trends and suggest creative ideas to boost our online presence.

Email
Marketing
Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
Segment email lists to target audiences effectively.
Monitor and report on email performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, etc.).
Ensure emails align with brand guidelines and maintain a professional tone.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and email marketing (portfolio or examples of work required).
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Strong written English communication skills with attention to detail.
Basic graphic design skills for creating posts.
Analytical mindset to interpret marketing data and make recommendations.
Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling marketing software.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred):
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
Knowledge of SEO principles or content writing.
Video editing skills for short promotional clips.
