Virtual Assistant for Social Media Content & Email Marketing

You will mainly be working for my main brand: Aria Activewear.

It is a premium e-commerce brand that sells high-quality activewear products to women who value aesthetics, self-care, and an active lifestyle. We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented virtual assistant to support our growing business by helping with social media content creation, email marketing, and e-commerce management. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating visually appealing content, managing social media platforms, building email campaigns, and a basic understanding of SEO and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation:

• Design stunning social media graphics (both images and video) using assets provided by our photographers and videographers.
• Ensure content is aligned with Aria Activewear’s brand aesthetic, which is clean, aspirational, and lifestyle-focused.
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) to maintain consistent engagement.
• Keep up with trends to ensure content is current, engaging, and resonates with our audience.


Email Marketing:

• Design and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring emails align with ongoing promotions and product launches.
• Create aesthetically pleasing emails that match our brand style and drive conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.

Brand Consistency & Engagement:

• Maintain brand consistency across all social media and email communications.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a strong connection with our audience.
• Help manage and organize digital assets for easy access and use in future campaigns.

E-Commerce & SEO:

• Basic understanding of Shopify to assist in managing and updating the website.
• Experience with SEO strategies and practices to help improve website visibility and searchability.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in social media content creation for fashion, lifestyle, or activewear brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and Canva.
• Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify and SEO to support website management and visibility.
• Understanding of branding and ability to maintain a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A portfolio of previous work (social media posts, email campaigns, etc.) is required.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the fashion or activewear industry.
• Basic knowledge of paid social media ads and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Work Hours & Time Zone:

• This is a remote position & therefore will be compensated on a task-completed basis. There are no specific set working hours. However, we can discuss set times or lay out a plan if that works better for both of us. (e.g., set times when you are available). We have listed approximately 10 hours per week to start, but this could vary.

Salary & Compensation:

• Competitive salary of $5 per hour.

Additional:

• You may also be required to create social media posts/content for other brands of mine. However, Aria Activewear will take the main focus.
