I run a small construction business and have recently started a property trading venture. As a small but growing operation, I am looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to ease my workload by handling general online tasks. This is a relaxed, informal role where willingness to learn is more important than extensive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
. Bookkeeping (Light Duties):
• Use Xero software to manage accounts for two companies (training provided if needed).

• Organize, prioritize, and respond to
• Flag urgent matters and maintain inbox cleanliness.
3. CRM Updates:
• Maintain and update information in the CRM system (Podio).
4. Task Management:
• Organize and track tasks using Asana to ensure smooth workflow and prioritization.
5. Data Scraping:
• Collect relevant information from UK government websites and organize it as needed.
6. Administrative Tasks:
• General online research.
• Document organization.
• Miscellaneous tasks to support business operations.
Skills & Qualities:
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks or software.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Familiarity with Xero, bookkeeping, or UK business systems is a bonus but not essential.
