Virtual Assistant for Short-Term Rental Business

**Location: Remote - 11PM - 7AM Night Time Philippine Hours**

We are a growing short-term rental business with properties in various locations. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring our properties are well-maintained and ready for check-in.

**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with various tasks related to our short-term rental operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, bookings, and communication, as well as coordinating with our cleaning team to ensure properties are ready for check-in.

**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to guest inquiries and booking requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage guest communication before, during, and after their stay, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Answer phone calls and make outbound calls to guests as needed.
- Coordinate with our cleaning team to schedule cleanings and ensure properties are prepared for check-in on time.
- File damage claims - Bonus payment available
- Action daily task
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support our rental operations.

**Requirements:**
- Reliable internet connection, smartphone, and computer access.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred but not required.

**Work Schedule:**
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
8:00 AM Pacific Time to 4:00 PM Pacific Time (California - United State Time)

**Payment - Payroll**
-40 hours per week
-$4.00 Per hour.
-Bonus - Claims 5%
