About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven Virtual Assistant specializing in LinkedIn lead generation and systematic follow-up campaigns. This is a full-time position requiring availability during Eastern Time (ET) business hours, ideal for someone who thrives on building prospect lists, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining meticulous follow-up systems.
Schedule Requirements
Full-time position (40 hours/week)
Must work Eastern Time (ET) hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM ET
Occasional flexibility needed for urgent follow-ups or high-priority prospects
Real-time availability for tea
Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & List Building (40% of role)
Conduct in-depth LinkedIn research to identify decision-makers matching our ideal customer profile
Build and maintain detailed prospect lists with verified contact information
Score and prioritize leads based on established qualification criteria
Create detailed prospect profiles including company size, industry, and potential pain points
Maintain a clean and updated database of potential leads
Strategic Outreach & Follow-up (40% of role)
Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and
Craft personalized connection requests and initial messages
Manage systematic follow-up sequences (typically 5-7 touches per prospect)
Track all communications and responses in CRM
A/B test different message templates and approaches
Maintain detailed notes on prospect interactions
Organization & Process Management (20% of role)
Create and maintain detailed tracking systems for all prospects and communications
Develop and optimize follow-up sequences
Generate weekly reports on outreach metrics and conversion rates
Manage calendar for follow-up tasks and reminders
Document best practices and successful outreach strategies
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and LinkedIn prospecting
Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems and
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work independently while meeting daily/weekly targets
Must be based in or willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours
