JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a highly organized, dedicated, and trustworthy virtual assistant to support my real estate business, marketing efforts, and remodel projects. This role requires proficiency in Real Page Propertyware (for management and financial recording), project coordination, and financial reporting. You must be tech-savvy, a quick learner, and able to consistently meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and reliable communication are essential for success in this role.

This position will begin with a paid trial period, with a set number of hours, to evaluate your ability to handle the workload. Based on your performance, there is potential for increased hours, and we will establish a longer-term arrangement. I am looking for someone who is committed to a long-term partnership, focused on this role and able to dedicate sufficient time and attention. References will be required.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, ideally less, and ensure all client communication is timely and professional.
- Manage real estate listings, inquiries, and tenant communication using Real Page Propertyware and other applications.
- Coordinate design/remodel projects, including vendor communication and tracking timelines.
- Keep project timelines up to date weekly and provide consistent progress updates.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with bookkeeping using Excel and other applications.
- Manage social media accounts, create content, and conduct hashtag research.
- Post and monitor classified ads (e.g., Craigslist).
- Provide weekly updates summarizing completed tasks, project progress, and any issues, and timely status updates during the trial period to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Handle other general administrative and professional tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with real estate software (Real Page Propertyware preferred).
- Proficiency in Upgrade to see actual info CRM.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide timely updates.
- Experience in project management and vendor coordination is a plus.
- Reliable, high-speed internet access to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Requirements (Continued):
- Experience in marketing, including content creation and social media strategy.
- Familiarity with other relevant tools and platforms.
