Virtual Assistant for Property Management Support

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our client in the property management industry. This role will focus on streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and providing consistent support during the onboarding process for new clients. As the portfolio continues to grow, our client is looking to ensure that their operations remain seamless, efficient, and stress-free for both property owners and guests.

Responsibilities:
Provide basic administrative support and assist with personal assistant tasks
Manage customer support, including gathering property information and setting up listings
Organize and maintain onboarding documents and materials
Assist with data entry, client communication, and file management
Use various platforms and software, including Google Drive, Dropbox, HostTurno, Stripe, PriceLabs, and more (training will be provided)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and apply independent judgment when needed
Good communication skills, with a preference for email communication
Availability to work in the afternoons and evenings (3 PM to 7 PM EST preferred)
Prior experience in property management or hospitality services is a plus
Strong copyrighting skills to create engaging and accurate property descriptions for listings

Expectations:
Demonstrate initiative and independent thought
Be proactive and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities
Regular communication via email and Zoom (initially daily check-ins)
Work within US business hours (Eastern Standard Time), with some flexibility in scheduling
Start with part-time hours, with the possibility of transitioning to more hours as tasks and responsibilities expand
English Fluency: 10
