Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in the Personal Injury process to support our legal team. The ideal candidate should have experience in demand writing, discovery formulation, pre-litigation, and litigation. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
? Personal Injury Case Support
• Draft and prepare demand letters for personal injury claims.
• Assist in discovery formulation, including drafting responses to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Manage case documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Support attorneys in the pre-litigation and litigation phases by organizing case materials and tracking deadlines.
? Administrative Support
• Maintain and update case management systems.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, hearings, and depositions.
• Draft and send correspondence to clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
? Additional Preferred Skills (Not Required):
• Experience handling calls (client communication, insurance follow-ups, etc.).
• Background in general administrative tasks (calendar management, data entry, document organization).
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Personal Injury law, including demand writing, discovery, and case management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with case management software and legal documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
