We offer coaching, membership communities, and transformative retreats for individuals, couples, and groups.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent Virtual Assistant to support our growing business. This role will start with a strong focus on:

Email
management


Client communications


General virtual assistant support


As trust and systems are built, the role can grow into:
Social media inbox management


Online community management


You’ll play a key role in helping us stay organized, responsive, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Email
& Client Communication:
Monitor and manage our main administrative and brand inboxes daily.


Provide a daily summary/report of priority emails requiring our response.


Respond to common inquiries using pre-written (canned) replies.


Ensure all responses are clear, warm, professional, and emotionally intelligent.


General Virtual Assistant Tasks:
Follow up with coaching clients as directed.


Carry out administrative tasks related to client care and special projects.


Maintain organized communication records and task lists.


Support the execution of systems and workflows for smooth operations.


(Future Responsibility – Growth Area)
Social Media & Online Community Management:
Assist with inbox responses via platforms like ManyChat (training provided).


Help set up and manage auto-responses and client inquiries for our coaching brands.


Support community members with timely, thoughtful replies and direct them to relevant services or offers.



What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written English and communication skills.


High emotional intelligence and sensitivity to the needs of a wellness/coaching brand.


Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized with strong follow-through.


Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Gmail, Google Drive, and task management tools.


Willingness to learn systems like ManyChat, etc.


Trustworthy, proactive, and committed to personal and professional growth.



Bonus Points If You:
Have supported a coaching, therapy, or personal development brand before.


Have worked with a US-based team and understand time zone flexibility.


Are a systems thinker and love improving processes.



Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP


Hours: Ideally 30 hrs/week), but open to (minimum 20 hrs/week) depending on fit and availability



Payment: Weekly via EasyPay or Paypal
