SulkaSearch is a fast-growing paid media agency looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a VA, you will play a crucial role in task and project management, process/SOP creation, client reporting, and conducting research to help us stay ahead of the competition and identify growth opportunities. Experience in the digital marketing field is a must. You should have a reliable high-speed internet connection and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage tasks and projects through Asana & Slack
Update internal documentation using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Create and send performance reports for paid media campaigns
Write ad copy for product listings and Google Shopping ads
Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign strategies, ad copy, and creatives
Document and improve internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Organize and maintain files and assets
Find leads for the business
Qualifications and Skills:
High-speed internet connection (proof required).
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Google tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Familiarity with digital marketing and paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads).
Experience with task and project management.
Knowledge of Asana for task management.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Google Analytics.
Familiarity with Slack for team communication.
Familiarity with Zapier for workflow automation.
