JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and optimize our lead generation outreach processes.
This role involves setting up and maintaining email and social media outreach campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, handling lead engagement, and managing responses across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Outreach Automation
Manage bespoke tool – oversee applications, contract outreach, and CV submissions.
Configure and maintain Apollo Feeder and Instantly for lead prospecting.
Set up email outreach accounts (Domain Registrar > Google Admin > Instantly).
Ensure outreach campaigns are healthy and optimized (open rates, reply rates, deliverability).

2. Social Media Outreach & Engagement
Extract social media leads and feed them into automation tools.
Handle manual outreach & engagement when needed.
Manage replies and DMs across multiple business accounts.
Track and engage with people who interact with our Mother Account’s content (in-reach).

3. Reputation Management & Data Accuracy
Verify accuracy of fetched social media and lead data before feeding it into outreach tools.
Maintain data integrity across all automation tools.
Support manual outreach efforts where automation isn’t applicable.

4. CRM & Campaign Management
Oversee ClickUp for response tracking and lead movement.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Manage Dripfy, ensuring outreach campaigns are running smoothly.
Handle GSA Contact Form submissions and automate lead processing.

Requirements & Skills

Experience in Lead Generation & Outreach Automation Tools – you must have hands-on experience with at least some of these tools:
- Instantly, Fanzilla, Dripfy, GSA Contact Form, ClickUp, X-Rummer.
- Comfortable with email and domain setup – experience with Google Admin & domain registrars preferred.
- Social Media Engagement – familiarity with DMs, manual outreach, and audience engagement.
- Data Accuracy & CRM Experience – ability to maintain and track leads within ClickUp or similar tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills – ability to manage conversations, respond to leads, and optimize messaging.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – ability to monitor outreach performance and troubleshoot issues in campaigns.
- Self-Starter & Reliable – able to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and ensure outreach runs smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications
?? Experience in B2B lead generation.
?? Familiarity with email warm-up strategies, SPF/DKIM settings, and email deliverability best practices.
?? Past experience in customer engagement, sales outreach, or CRM administration.
?? Ability to write compelling, natural-sounding outreach messages.
