JOB OVERVIEW

We are in the education and mentorship space, running structured programs, live coaching, and online communities to help individuals develop valuable skills for financial and personal growth.

We're looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic operations team. If you’re sharp, organized, and can anticipate needs before they arise, this role is for you.

- Manage and moderate our >Facebook community (engage members, answer queries, uphold community guidelines)
- Handle access requests and permissions for various platforms
- Assist in facilitating ad-hoc webinar sessions (setup, coordination, and troubleshooting)
- Track and report key performance stats (community engagement, webinar attendance, and other relevant metrics)
- Provide general operational support as needed
- Think fast, take initiative, and find solutions before issues escalate
