JOB OVERVIEW

**Job Description:**
I’m looking for a proactive and reliable virtual assistant to help with various business-related tasks. This is a part-time position, with tasks coming to you as they cross my desk. The work will often be comprehensive and long enough to ensure this opportunity is worthwhile.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead Generation: Research and compile potential client or business leads.
Email Management: Respond to and manage emails with professionalism and promptness.
• Writing Tasks: Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, emails, and tweets.
• Other Administrative Tasks: Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned, ensuring quality and efficiency.

**Requirements:**
• Strong English Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
• Prompt and Reliable: Ability to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in work are essential.
• Proactive Mindset: Show initiative in solving problems and managing tasks without excessive oversight.
• Competence with Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and similar platforms

**What I’m Looking For:**
I’m replacing a previous assistant who was slow and inattentive. To succeed in this role, you must act quickly, complete tasks competently, and ensure consistent quality.

**Compensation:**
The listed price is negotiable. If you meet my needs and exceed expectations, I’m happy to adjust compensation accordingly.
