JOB OVERVIEW

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Virtual Assistant to assist in managing and submitting cases to Meta’s support team in order to help reactivate a Meta Verified business account. This is a full-time, remote position, working 8 hours a day from Monday to Saturday, and 5 hours on Sundays. You will be responsible for handling both chat and phone support with Meta.

We offer $200 CAD per month, with bi-weekly payments, and a $50 CAD commission for each successful account reactivation. If you recover a lot of accounts, we will increase your salary to $400 CAD per month. We want you to start immediately, and will provide a contract upon selection.

Responsibilities:

• Work 8 hours/day (Monday-Saturday) and 5 hours on Sundays to submit and manage cases with Meta’s support team through both chat and phone.
• Handle ongoing communication with Meta support, including follow-ups and escalating cases as necessary.
• Track and organize all case submissions, responses, and interactions.
• Provide regular updates on progress and any issues that arise.

Commission & Pay Increase:

• You will receive an additional $50 CAD commission for each successful account reactivation.
• If you recover multiple accounts successfully, we will increase your salary to $400 CAD per month based on performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer support or handling business accounts, preferably with Meta or other social media platforms.
• Comfortable communicating with support teams through both chat and phone.
• Ability to stay organized and follow through with case submissions and updates.
• Reliable internet connection.

Salary & Payment:

• $200 CAD per month for full-time work (8 hours/day, 6 days a week, and 5 hours on Sundays).
• Bi-weekly payment (every two weeks).
• $50 CAD commission for each successful account reactivation.
• Potential pay increase to $400 CAD per month if multiple accounts are successfully reactivated.

Start Date:

• Immediate start – We will send you the contract today upon selection.
