Virtual Assistant for Marketing Agency Owners

We're looking for a virtual assistant to support the owners of our Marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and can work a few hours M-F that overlap with ours. We are located in the Central Time Zone.

***Skills We're Looking For***

* Research: Using our tools and software, identify contacts or companies we should reach out to for sales opportunities, RFPs, conference and podcast appearances, and speaking opportunities.
* Social Media: Assist with creating content for our social media profiles and scheduling approved posts via HubSpot.
* Communications: Assist and support the owners with email communication, calendar management, and other admin duties as needed
