JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to oversee the daily operations of our Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) business. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing Amazon Seller Central, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of e-commerce and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Seller Central Management

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
Handle pricing adjustments and promotions based on market trends and competitor analysis.
Order and Inventory Management

Coordinate shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers, ensuring compliance with FBA guidelines.
Track inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies between warehouse and Amazon.
Create and manage restock plans to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
Handle returns, refunds, and replacements efficiently.
Monitor customer feedback and ensure any issues are resolved promptly.
Performance Monitoring

Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, profit margins, and advertising ROI.
Monitor account health to ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
Provide weekly reports on sales trends, advertising campaigns, and operational challenges.
Amazon Advertising & Marketing

Manage and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to improve sales and profitability.
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improved visibility.
Collaborate on promotional strategies, including Lightning Deals, coupons, and external traffic campaigns.
Problem Resolution

Resolve stranded inventory issues, suppressed listings, and account suspensions when necessary.
Liaise with Amazon Seller Support to address any technical or operational challenges.
Ensure all FBA shipments are compliant with Amazon’s requirements.
Research and Development

Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
Analyze competitors to develop strategies for better positioning.
Explore tools and software to improve operational efficiency.
