JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to delivering IT, cybersecurity, and compliance services to professional service firms. We are looking for a motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to support our business operations, handle client communications, and contribute to our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

Answer and route phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to client emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns.
Social Media Marketing:

Create, schedule, and post engaging content on various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
Monitor social media channels for engagement and feedback.
Assist in developing social media strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.
Lead Generation:

Research potential leads and maintain a leads database.
Assist in outreach efforts via email marketing and social media.
Collaborate with the team to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Landing Page Design:

Assist in the creation and design of high-converting landing pages.
Optimize landing pages for user experience and lead capture.
Customer Follow-ups:

Schedule and conduct follow-ups with potential clients.
Track and document customer interactions in CRM systems.
Ensure all follow-up tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms and online marketing.
Basic knowledge of landing page design tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
Experience in the IT or MSP industry is a bonus but not required.

Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM EST Time (Graveyard Shift)
