Virtual Assistant for Lead Generation in Personal Branding and Video Marketing

We are SEI, a premium content agency specializing in elite short-form video marketing. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to assist with lead generation. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about social media content and short-form content. We’re looking for someone who can be very resourceful in finding quality leads for us.

Responsibilities:
1) Research and identify successful authors, speakers, and individuals with podcast appearances or active personal branding efforts.
Look up all of the top podcasts and go down the list of guests that went on, and what their subject expertise is
Go down the list of authors that have come out with a NYT best selling book in the past 18 months.
CEOs & founders that are building their personal brand
EXAMPLES: Daniel Pink, Jim Kwik, Lori Gottlieb

2) Compile a list of companies with existing long-form content (e.g., podcasts, webinars) suitable for short-form video marketing.
Companies that host fireside chats, speakers, talks, podcasts
- Recurring podcasts, shows, or otherwise that have shown success

Gather relevant contact information and maintain an organized database.
Most of the time we will be able to find or get in contact with the main decision maker. But we want to find the contact info of people close to them. Assistants, heads of departments, etc.
Assist in outreach campaigns as needed.

OVERALL NOTE: We only want high quality leads that can afford a premium service. Odds are, if an author hasn't reached a NYT best sellers list, they cant afford it. And odds are, if a podcast hasn't been around for over a year or it hasn't reached any notoriety, they probably cant afford it either.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation or market research.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the content creation industry is a plus.
