JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and execute all lead generation and outreach activities across multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and digital marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Management
o Develop and execute lead generation strategies for multiple businesses, including:
? WFG (World Financial Group): Attract individuals interested in financial services and recruiting opportunities.
? Assisted Living Solutions: Generate leads for memory care and residential assisted living services.
? Medical Billing Services: Identify healthcare providers with revenue cycle management needs.
o Research, compile, and manage targeted lead lists.
2. LinkedIn Outreach
o Create and execute personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups.
o Develop and optimize LinkedIn campaigns to attract prospects in relevant industries, such as engineers, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
3. Cold Email Outreach
o Draft and manage email campaigns focused on engaging prospects and driving interest.
o A/B test subject lines, messaging, and formats for optimal response rates.
4. Cold Calling & Appointment Setting
o Reach out to prospects via phone to introduce services, qualify leads, and set appointments.
o Maintain a professional and engaging phone presence to nurture leads.
5. Digital Marketing Lead Generation
o Design and implement online campaigns, including Facebook ads, Google ads, and retargeting strategies.
o Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize ROI.
6. CRM Management & Reporting
o Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts in CRM systems.
o Generate weekly reports to track KPIs and campaign success.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and cold calling.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with financial services, healthcare, or assisted living industries is a plus.
