JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
VAS360 is seeking a dynamic and proactive Virtual Assistant to support kitchen, bathroom, and home renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, tech-savvy, and experienced in design software, administrative tasks, and social media management. This part-time role is essential to ensuring project success, effective communication, and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design Support:
Use 2020 Design Software and Chief Architect to create and refine professional design plans.
Collaborate on layouts, color schemes, and material selections for renovation projects.
Prepare print-ready layouts with professional title blocks for client presentations.
Provide detailed design visuals, renderings, elevations, and project proposals.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Organize project files, schedules, and contracts using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Answer phone calls professionally and assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Social Media and Marketing:
Create engaging content for social media platforms using Canva.
Manage posts, promotions, and design highlights via tools like Plannoly.
Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve reach and visibility.
Assist with creating client presentations and marketing materials.
General Assistance:
Maintain project timelines and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Provide additional support to ensure workflow efficiency and project success.

Qualifications and Skills:
Mandatory: Proficiency in 2020 Design Software and Chief Architect.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Canva and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Knowledge of kitchen, bathroom, and home renovation trends (preferred).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in a design-focused role or the interior design industry.
Customer service experience with a focus on professional and timely responses.
