Job Description:
We are GTB.PARTIES, a dynamic club promotion brand seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage our Instagram outreach strategy. This role involves executing a structured messaging and engagement plan to drive attendance at our events. You will play a critical role in expanding our audience and increasing ticket sales through direct engagement on Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Outreach Tasks (6 Hours):

Send 400 direct messages daily (40 rounds of 10 messages per account across 8 Instagram accounts).
Leave 10 meaningful comments daily on relevant posts.
Follow 35-60 targeted accounts daily, ensuring quality and relevance.
Additional Tasks (2 Hours):

Respond to comments and direct messages from outreach efforts.
Track daily outreach progress in a provided Google Sheet.
Research new target audiences, hashtags, and local promoters for future engagement.
Provide a daily summary report on engagement and responses.
Account Management:

Maintain Instagram account health by adhering to platform guidelines.
Identify and avoid spam-like behavior to prevent account restrictions.

Requirements:
Strong written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Instagram’s platform and basic functionalities (messaging, comments, follows).
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
Availability to work an 8-hour shift daily.
Reliable internet connection and a device suitable for managing multiple accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in social media management or outreach.
Knowledge of Instagram outreach strategies.
Ability to adapt messaging templates based on responses.
