JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help recover Instagram and Facebook accounts by communicating with Meta’s support team through their business support portal. This is a full-time, remote position, working 8 hours a day from Monday to Saturday, and 3 hours on Sundays (51 hours per week). You will handle both chat and phone support using our company account to manage cases, follow up, and ensure accounts are reactivated efficiently.

Support responses come through the Meta business support portal, which means quicker communication than regular channels. Your job will focus on consistent follow-up and case management, ensuring that no cases fall through the cracks. We offer $200 CAD per month, with bi-weekly payments, and a $50 CAD commission for each successful account reactivation. If you recover multiple accounts, we will increase your salary to $400 CAD per month based on performance. We are hiring quickly due to the urgency of this role, and we would be extremely grateful to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Recover Instagram and Facebook accounts by submitting and managing cases with Meta’s support team through chat and phone.
• Use our company account to communicate directly with Meta support through their business support portal.
• Consistently follow up on submitted cases, escalate when necessary, and ensure accounts are reactivated promptly.
• Track and organize all case submissions, responses, and progress.
• Provide regular reports on progress to ensure we are on top of every case.

Commission & Pay Increase:

• Earn an additional $50 CAD commission for every successful Instagram or Facebook account recovery.
• If you recover multiple accounts, your salary will increase to $400 CAD per month based on performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Experience with customer support, particularly with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) accounts or other social media platforms, is preferred.
• Comfortable managing support tickets via both chat and phone support.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases at once.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time (51 hours per week).

Salary & Payment:

• $200 CAD per month for full-time work (8 hours/day, 6 days a week, and 3 hours on Sundays).
• Bi-weekly payment (every two weeks).
• $50 CAD commission for each successfully reactivated Instagram or Facebook account.
• Potential salary increase to $400 CAD per month if multiple accounts are successfully reactivated.

Start Date:

• Immediate start – We will send you the contract today upon selection.
