Key Responsibilities:

Website Management: Update and edit website content to ensure accuracy and freshness of the information provided.
Online Forms: Convert existing PDF forms to user-friendly online formats to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
Staff Communication: Send regular reminders and updates to staff via our communication platforms to ensure everyone is informed of their responsibilities and updates.
Job Posting and Screening: Manage job postings, collect applications, and conduct initial screening of candidates to facilitate the hiring process.
Training Coordination: Organize and schedule training sessions for new and existing staff, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared and accessible.
Project Management: Handle various administrative projects and tasks as needed, ensuring timely completion and reporting on progress.
