JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing US-based short-term rental company looking to hire 1 experienced reliable and customer-focused Virtual Assistants to manage guest communications and coordinate with cleaning teams and other service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries
Provide a warm and welcoming tone while assisting guests with any concerns or requests
Coordinate tasks with cleaning staff and other team members
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all guests

Requirements:

Strong passion for customer service, with a patient and friendly approach
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey a warm, helpful tone
Prior experience in customer service/support is required
Must have experience with Airbnb Virtual Assistant (VA) duties.

Working Hours:
7 am - 3 pm CST (5 days a week)
