Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Virtual Assistant to support our forex trading bot operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with EA Trading algorithms and a strong understanding of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. You will be responsible for assisting new investors with setting up their accounts, providing top-notch customer support, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise with the bot licenses.

Responsibilities:

Guide and assist new investors in setting up their accounts on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
Provide comprehensive support for our EA Trading Algo Bot, ensuring smooth operations for all users.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance for any issues related to the trading bot or license setup.
Manage the sale and distribution of bot licenses, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently.
Monitor and address any technical problems with the bot, coordinating with the development team as needed.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, providing updates and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:

Proven experience with EA Trading algorithms and familiarity with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
Strong understanding of forex trading principles and automated trading systems.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and resolve issues efficiently.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar customer support role.
Experience selling software licenses or managing digital products.
Knowledge of other trading platforms or financial software is REQUIRED.
