Virtual Assistant for Food Marketing Agency – Email, Social Media, Influencer & CRM Management, and Business Research

You will be performing a variety of tasks to help our growing influencer marketing agency thrive. Almost all of your tasks will come with tutorials and clear instructions, so you’ll always know what to do.

Some tasks (not all of these) I have in mind for you to handle in the immediate future include:

*Managing and responding to client emails professionally.
*Updating and organizing data in our CRM system.
*Conducting market research on potential restaurant clients and influencer opportunities.
*Managing food related Instagram Accounts
*Writing captions and organizing photos for social media posts.
Pay: $500 - $800, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

We are looking for someone who can work full-time with a positive and proactive attitude.
If you are a food lover & passion in food or have experience writing about gourmet cuisine or food-related topics, that’s a huge plus! Your passion for food and knowledge in this area will make you a perfect fit for our team.

About Me:
I run a local influencer marketing agency based in California, USA. We help restaurants grow their presence on platforms like Instagram, lemon8 and Xiaohongshu by working with influencers. I’ve been working with Virtual Assistants for years and strive to create a respectful, growth-oriented working environment.

Bonus Skills:
Some ability to speak or understand Chinese is a plus, as we occasionally work with Xiaohongshu influencers and Chinese-speaking clients. Don’t worry if you’re not fluent—this is not a requirement, and I’ll teach you everything you need to know.
