Job Description: We’re seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to help us connect with flight attendants on Facebook and Instagram. This role involves crafting genuine outreach messages, identifying suitable profiles based on specific criteria, and managing follow-ups for a warm, relationship-focused engagement approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Personalized Messaging & Engagement:

Craft engaging, professional messages that align with our outreach goals.
Customize messaging based on recent profile achievements, like earning "wings" or joining an airline.
Targeted Prospecting:

Focus on flight attendants from major U.S. airlines and their regional partners, such as American Airlines, Delta, United, and JetBlue.
Use strategic search terms on Facebook groups and relevant hashtags on Instagram to identify potential connections.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management:

Handle responses with a friendly, conversational tone.
Manage light follow-ups and engage thoughtfully to build rapport without spamming.
Exclusion Criteria:

Avoid high-visibility profiles, group admins, travel influencers, and profiles with relationship indicators, per outlined guidelines.
Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain a detailed log of each contact, response, and follow-up status.
Provide weekly summaries of outreach results and potential leads.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in social media outreach, especially with cold DM strategies that avoid spammy tactics.
Attention to Detail: Ability to vet profiles effectively based on specified criteria.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written English with a warm, personable tone.
Social Media Savvy: Strong knowledge of Facebook group dynamics, Instagram hashtags, and profile analysis.
Organization: Skilled in tracking contacts, managing engagement timelines, and providing regular updates.
Preferred Qualities:

Prior experience working with aviation industry professionals or similar outreach projects.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software for tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with flight attendant culture and industry dynamics is a plus.
