We are seeking a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to support an executive in managing contacts, setting appointments, and following up with new connections. This role requires someone who can act on the executive’s behalf to ensure seamless communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact Management: Help the executive stay organized by keeping track of new and existing contacts.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and set appointments with precision.
• Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with new connections and maintain professional relationships.
• Acting on Behalf of the Executive: Communicate with contacts on behalf of the executive to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
Requirements
• Excellent English Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• High Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing schedules, contacts, and tasks.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Familiarity with utilizing LinkedIn for business networking is preferred.
• CRM Expertise: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools to organize and manage contact information effectively.
• Proactive Attitude: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant supervision.
