Virtual Assistant for Etsy Print-on-Demand Shop

Position: Virtual Assistant
Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: $250 USD per month

Paid in two installments: 50% on the 1st of the month, 50% on the 15th

About Us:
We’re launching an Etsy print-on-demand shop and are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help grow and maintain our business. Experience with Figma and customer service are required. Photoshop knowledge is a bonus!

Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Check and respond to customer service messages at least 5 days per week.
Design Assistance: Use Figma to create designs.
General Support: Provide other administrative or design support as needed.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in customer support. Familiarity with Etsy or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma (required), and Photoshop (preferred but not mandatory).

Equipment: Must have your own working computer and fast, reliable internet.
Schedule: Flexible hours, but customer service messages must be checked 5 days per week.
Time Tracking: Must use TimeProof to track working hours.
