We are Vesperra Beauty, a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in innovative beauty products. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage our customer
Responsibilities:
Email
Respond to customer inquiries (5-10
Use Freshdesk or similar to organize, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate tea
Customer Support:
Provide friendly, professional, and timely responses to customer questions about orders, products, and policies.
Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds as needed.
Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized inbox using Freshdesk’s ticketing system.
Ensure all customer interactions are logged and resolved promptly.
Communication:
Collaborate with the Vesperra team to ensure consistent and accurate responses.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with
Familiarity with Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar customer support platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Passion for beauty and skincare is a bonus!
Tools You’ll Use:
Freshdesk or similar: To manage and respond to customer
Shopify: To access order details and assist with customer inquiries.
Google Workspace: For communication and collaboration with the team.
Compensation:
$4–8/hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Estimated workload: 1-2 hours per day (morning and evening shifts).
