Virtual Assistant for E-commerce / Web design

Job Overview:

We are a growing company dealing in pet, home and kids products and seeking a Virtual Assistant with some expertise in web design, e-commerce store management and multimedia content creation. This is for candidate who can take on a newly created role in this new wing of our business and someone who enjoys building the online storefront as well as managing various social media platforms (later phase). Logo design is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Design
Design and develop website and webstore using Shopify or other website builders.
Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and user experience.

2. Inventory Mangement
Update inventory database and management system and ensure that inventory is synced

3. E-commerce sales platforms
Update and edit product photos and videos, improve and design product information on various sales platforms (shopee, lazada, tiktok, amazon)
Product research, marketing strategies
co-ordination with ground staff
attending to customers' online enquires

4. Other virtual assistant duties

5. Multimedia Content Creation (Phase 2)
Create engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and websites.
Develop email campaigns and digital ads.
Manage digital assets and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

6. Social Media Management (Phase 2)
Develop and execute content calendars for platforms
Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos


Other Requirements:
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Organized with excellent attention to details.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
• Must have a laptop, phone, and stable Wi-Fi connection.
