Responsibilities:
Responding to customer
Providing phone support to address customer inquiries and concerns
Handling and responding to chargebacks efficiently
Managing order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woocommerce)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with customer service and support

Knowledge of handling chargebacks and disputes
