JOB OVERVIEW

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for executing a range of tasks to support the creation, launch, and management of digital products and services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and managing digital products such as e-books, planners, mini-courses, and virtual field trips.
• Conduct research to support the creation of content across different topics.
• Coordinate with freelancers and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure timely delivery of digital products.
• Manage the product listings on our website and ensure all descriptions and materials are up to date.
• Assist with setting up and managing virtual tours and digital city guides.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to our digital products.
• Organize and manage digital files and resources.
• Aid in marketing tasks including but not limited to creating landing pages, managing email campaigns, and promoting products on social media.
• Monitor the access and functionality of digital products, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Provide administrative support for the product launch process, including scheduling and coordination of promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills.
• High proficiency in digital productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with online course platforms, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
